The Opportunity:
As a Business Teacher, you will play a key role in inspiring and educating students within the Business & Law faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to the values of Ambition, Opportunity, and Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, research-informed teaching in Business to students aged 11-19.
- Develop and implement a subject specialist curriculum that aligns with the school’s vision and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Support student well-being and pastoral care as part of a collaborative team.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
- Engage in extracurricular activities that enhance student learning and personal growth.
- Work closely with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
- Maintain a positive and professional culture that supports staff well-being and career progression.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Business.
- Experience teaching Business at secondary level.
- Commitment to the school’s values: Ambition, Opportunity, and Community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in spoken English (essential for this role).
