The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, research-informed teaching in Business to students aged 11-19.
  • Develop and implement a subject specialist curriculum that aligns with the school’s vision and values.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Support student well-being and pastoral care as part of a collaborative team.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
  • Engage in extracurricular activities that enhance student learning and personal growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
  • Maintain a positive and professional culture that supports staff well-being and career progression.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Business.
  • Experience teaching Business at secondary level.
  • Commitment to the school’s values: Ambition, Opportunity, and Community.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in spoken English (essential for this role).
