Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Business to students aged 14-19.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that integrates academic, technical, and vocational learning.
• Collaborate with industry partners to provide students with real-world experiences and insights.
• Support students in achieving academic excellence and preparing for future careers.
• Contribute to the life of the school through extracurricular activities and pastoral care.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement of teaching practices.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver complex topics in an accessible way.
• Experience working with students aged 14-19 and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on leadership responsibilities.

Preferred

• Experience in a UTC or similar innovative learning environment.
• Familiarity with technical and vocational qualifications.
• Experience with industry or university partnerships.
• Background in developing and delivering curriculum with real-world applications.
