The Opportunity:
As a Business Tutor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of young leaders through engaging and impactful teaching. You will deliver hands-on, project-based learning that goes beyond the standard curriculum, helping students develop the skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, project-based learning experiences that align with the school’s academic standards.
- Design and implement Growth Workshops that encourage creativity, collaboration, and personal development.
- Work closely with the IMPACT Programmes Director and Academic team to ensure a dynamic and student-centred learning environment.
- Prepare and deliver engaging content that challenges and inspires students aged 13–17.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Contribute to the development of innovative course materials and teaching strategies.
- Support students in achieving their full potential through mentorship and guidance.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver project-based learning experiences.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in leadership or entrepreneurial development.
- Familiarity with the UK education system and curriculum standards.
- Experience working with diverse student groups.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Passion for inspiring and empowering young people.
