The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Educator Level 3, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development of children aged 3 months to 11 years. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education using a values-based approach.
  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of children’s progress using the Famly app.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment.
  • Support the school’s mission by promoting kindness, bravery, and brilliance in young learners.
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to update them on child progress.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and care of all children in the setting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, or willingness to upgrade from Level 2 to Level 3.
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to values-based education and child development.
  • Ability to work flexibly, either full-time or part-time.

Preferred

  • Experience with accredited early years curricula.
  • Familiarity with the Famly app or similar digital tools.
  • Background in child psychology or early childhood development.
  • Experience in a small, independent school or nursery setting.
