Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Key Stage 2 lessons that meet curriculum standards.

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular and enrichment activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and school activities.
- Stay up to date with educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lesson planning.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 education.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Preferred
- Experience with co-educational and single-sex teaching environments.
- Familiarity with pastoral care and student support strategies.
- Experience in preparing students for grammar school entrance exams.
