The Opportunity:

As a Campus Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, orderly, and inclusive campus environment. You will be responsible for promoting positive behaviour, supporting student wellbeing, and contributing to the daily running of the campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example across campus, consistently modelling expected routines and behaviour standards.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and purposeful learning environment in line with college policies.
  • Introduce and develop innovative approaches that promote positive student behaviour.
  • Support students returning from managed absences and assist with reintegration into the classroom.
  • Deliver individual and group sessions on topics such as emotional resilience, anger management, and relationship-building.
  • Develop restorative practices that strengthen relationships and improve behaviour outcomes.
  • Support enrichment activities and establish strong, supportive relationships with students.
  • Contribute to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion practices across the college.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing student behaviour and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of post-16 education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Degree level or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience in safeguarding or willingness to develop in this area.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering group and individual sessions on emotional resilience and relationship-building.
  • Experience with restorative practices and behaviour management strategies.
  • Experience in student support processes such as admissions, enrolment, and induction.
  • Familiarity with data monitoring and analysis tools.
