The Opportunity:

A school is seeking a Casual Lettings Supervisor to support its evening and weekend lettings provision. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a school that is consistently rated Outstanding by Ofsted and the Archdiocese of Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lettings provision during evenings and weekends, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate bookings and manage the lettings schedule in line with demand and operational needs.
  • Maintain high standards of service and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support the school during school holidays, where required, based on lettings bookings.
  • Monitor and report on lettings activity, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to the lettings function.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the school premises during lettings periods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or public-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in school operations or lettings management.
  • Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
  • Experience with booking systems or event management software.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a strong team-player ethos.
