The Opportunity:
A school is seeking a Casual Lettings Supervisor to support its evening and weekend lettings provision. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a school that is consistently rated Outstanding by Ofsted and the Archdiocese of Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lettings provision during evenings and weekends, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate bookings and manage the lettings schedule in line with demand and operational needs.
- Maintain high standards of service and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
- Support the school during school holidays, where required, based on lettings bookings.
- Monitor and report on lettings activity, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to the lettings function.
- Ensure the safety and security of the school premises during lettings periods.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or public-facing environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Previous experience in school operations or lettings management.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
- Experience with booking systems or event management software.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong team-player ethos.
