Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
  • Work closely with the Principal to drive school improvement and ensure consistent standards of excellence.
  • Oversee and manage staff development, performance, and well-being.
  • Implement and monitor the school’s leadership programme and character development initiatives.
  • Ensure the school continues to meet and exceed Ofsted standards and inspection requirements.
  • Support the development of students’ academic and personal growth through a knowledge-based curriculum.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of the school.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture aligned with the school’s values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership and management within a school setting.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.

Preferred

  • Experience of working in a faith-based or inclusive educational setting.
  • Experience of leading or contributing to a leadership programme or character development initiative.
  • Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
