Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
- Work closely with the Principal to drive school improvement and ensure consistent standards of excellence.
- Oversee and manage staff development, performance, and well-being.
- Implement and monitor the school’s leadership programme and character development initiatives.
- Ensure the school continues to meet and exceed Ofsted standards and inspection requirements.
- Support the development of students’ academic and personal growth through a knowledge-based curriculum.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of the school.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture aligned with the school’s values.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in senior leadership and management within a school setting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.
Preferred
- Experience of working in a faith-based or inclusive educational setting.
- Experience of leading or contributing to a leadership programme or character development initiative.
- Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
