As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school’s catering services. You will ensure that food and beverage service is delivered with professionalism and that all areas remain clean, attractive, and well-stocked. This is an essential role in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Keep all service, sales, and display areas clean, attractive, and fully stocked
• Support smooth operations during all service hours
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Maintain high personal grooming standards
• Work flexibly across the unit to meet business and customer needs
• Communicate well and work effectively as part of a supportive team
• Complete delegated tasks to a high standard and take pride in your work

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A team player with great customer service skills
• Someone reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
• A professional approach and willingness to uphold Trust standards

Preferred

• Experience in a catering or hospitality environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
