Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons that align with the National Curriculum for England.
- Support students in achieving outstanding academic results, with a focus on developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to the enriched curriculum, including extracurricular activities and charitable initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with current developments in Chemistry and educational best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A B.Ed. or degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent, with exceptional subject knowledge in Chemistry.
- At least 3 years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum for England.
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at both KS4 and KS5 levels.
- A strong track record of outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- A commitment to the holistic development of students, including cultural and global awareness.
Preferred
- Experience contributing to an enriched curriculum and extracurricular programs.
- Familiarity with international education standards and best practices.
- Experience working in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
