The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Class Teacher (EYFS, KS1, KS2) to join a supportive and inclusive school community. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in children’s learning and development, while also providing opportunities for leadership in Computing or PSHE/Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
  • Support the school’s commitment to inclusion and well-being through innovative and creative teaching practices.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities in Computing or PSHE/Sustainability, if applicable.
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to ensure effective support for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Strong commitment to inclusion and child well-being.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential.
  • Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in subject leadership or curriculum development.
  • Knowledge of Computing or PSHE/Sustainability.
  • Experience with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) roles.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
