The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Class Teacher (EYFS, KS1, KS2) to join a supportive and inclusive school community. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in children’s learning and development, while also providing opportunities for leadership in Computing or PSHE/Sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Support the school’s commitment to inclusion and well-being through innovative and creative teaching practices.
- Take on leadership responsibilities in Computing or PSHE/Sustainability, if applicable.
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with teaching assistants to ensure effective support for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong commitment to inclusion and child well-being.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential.
- Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ learning.
Preferred
- Experience in subject leadership or curriculum development.
- Knowledge of Computing or PSHE/Sustainability.
- Experience with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) roles.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
