• Support and promote the school’s strong Christian ethos and vision
• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum

• Develop and implement effective classroom practices that raise standards
• Take responsibility for the progress and well-being of all students in the class
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s mission and values
• Participate in and contribute to staff development and training opportunities
• Engage in the wider school community and promote a positive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Commitment to the school’s Christian ethos and values
• Excellent classroom management and teaching skills
• Ability to lead and inspire students and colleagues

Preferred

• Experience in leading a subject area or department
• Experience in pastoral care or student well-being
• Experience with coaching or mentoring colleagues
• Familiarity with wider education initiatives and community engagement
