Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with oracy development and the Unity CUSP curriculum.
  • Familiarity with THEP and the Tower Hamlets Oracy Hub.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Background in oracy and communication-focused teaching approaches.
  • Experience in a school with a strong commitment to equality and diversity.
