Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and best practices in teaching and learning.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with oracy development and the Unity CUSP curriculum.
- Familiarity with THEP and the Tower Hamlets Oracy Hub.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Background in oracy and communication-focused teaching approaches.
- Experience in a school with a strong commitment to equality and diversity.
