Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students

• Monitor and assess student progress regularly to support individual learning needs

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience
• Experience teaching children up to Year 4
• Commitment to child-centered learning and high-quality teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to reflect on and improve teaching practice

Preferred

• Experience with early career teachers (ECTs)
• Leadership or middle leadership experience
• Experience in promoting inclusivity and equality in the classroom
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and curriculum development
