Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in early years, key stage 1, or key stage 2.
- Commitment to building strong relationships with children and adults.

- Reflective and committed to continual improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with oracy-based teaching approaches.
- Background in inclusive education and differentiated instruction.
- Experience in safeguarding and child protection.
- Familiarity with metacognition and SOLO Taxonomy approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
