Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in History and Geography.
- Experience in teaching at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in a school with a strong cultural and community focus.
- Familiarity with Sikh heritage and British values.
- Experience with inclusive education and working with diverse student populations.
- Previous experience in a Multi Academy Trust or similar educational setting.
