Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Primary curriculum
  • Support the overall wellbeing and development of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach to teaching and learning
  • Participate in school events, trips, and enrichment activities
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures with vigilance
  • Contribute to the development of the school's vision and values
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Early Careers Teachers
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience
  • Strong subject knowledge across the Primary curriculum
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take on leadership responsibilities

Preferred

  • Experience in a school setting within the Griffin Schools Trust
  • Experience with Early Careers Teachers
  • Passion for delivering a broad and enriching curriculum
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate in teaching practice
