The Opportunity:
We are seeking an EYFS and KS1 Phase Leader to lead and develop a key phase within the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EYFS and KS1 phase, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement strategies to support student progress and achievement.
- Monitor and assess student performance to ensure all pupils receive the support they need.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the learning experience.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values the well-being of all students.
- Provide guidance and support to teaching staff to ensure consistent delivery of the curriculum.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the school and the wider Federation.
- Ensure that all activities align with the school’s mission and values.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in EYFS and KS1 education.
- Proven leadership experience within a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of early years and primary curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a phase or subject area within a school.
- Familiarity with the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools.
- Experience in developing and delivering CPD programmes.
- Experience in working with diverse student needs and backgrounds.
