Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students

  • Continuously develop professional practice through training and collaboration
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individual needs are met

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement and behavior

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Newly qualified primary teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive teaching and high expectations of student achievement
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills
  • Ability to deliver effective lessons to a diverse range of students
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

Preferred

  • Experience with the Hackney Teaching and Schools Alliance
  • Experience in delivering professional development or mentoring
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
