The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Early Career Teacher to join our team in September 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Continuously develop professional practice through training and collaboration
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individual needs are met
- Support the school’s vision and values through active participation in school events and initiatives
- Encourage student independence, confidence, and a love of learning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement and behavior
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Newly qualified primary teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive teaching and high expectations of student achievement
- Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills
- Ability to deliver effective lessons to a diverse range of students
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Preferred
- Experience with the Hackney Teaching and Schools Alliance
- Experience in delivering professional development or mentoring
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
