The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Class Teacher to join our dedicated team on a short-term contract from September 2026 to August 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners within a nurturing and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student achievement and personal growth.

- Work closely with colleagues to support the school’s educational vision and values.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

- Contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and supporting all learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and teaching in a maintained school setting.
- Experience with special educational needs and/or inclusion strategies.
- Demonstrated success in raising student achievement and engagement.
