Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in KS2, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and values.
• Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the Multi Academy Trust to enhance student outcomes.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and school initiatives.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS2 teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in delivering lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
• Commitment to student welfare and development.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred

• Experience in working within a Multi Academy Trust.
• Experience with supporting students with special educational needs.
• Experience in leading or contributing to professional development initiatives.
• Familiarity with Christian values and ethos in education.
