Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with valid QTS.
- Proven experience in primary education, preferably with a range of student needs.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and inclusive environment.
- Background in special educational needs support.
- Experience with early years or nursery provision.
- Demonstrable experience in professional development and leadership.
