Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with valid QTS.
  • Proven experience in primary education, preferably with a range of student needs.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a multi-cultural and inclusive environment.
  • Background in special educational needs support.
  • Experience with early years or nursery provision.
  • Demonstrable experience in professional development and leadership.
