• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.

• Work closely with support staff to ensure all students receive the necessary assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies and procedures.
• Participate in whole-school events and contribute to the overall success of the federation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with valid QTS.
• Proven experience in primary education, preferably with a range of student needs.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in a multi-cultural and inclusive environment.
• Background in special educational needs support.
• Experience with early years or nursery provision.
• Demonstrable experience in professional development and leadership.
