As a Full Time Teacher KS1/KS2, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across all subjects in Key Stages 1 and 2.
  • Monitor and support the academic progress, behaviour, and welfare of all pupils.
  • Develop and foster social and learning skills in line with the age, ability, and aptitude of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and respect.
  • Link pupils’ learning to prior knowledge and build on it to deepen understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum across all subjects.
  • Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos of the school in all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS1/KS2 education.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to raising academic standards and student welfare.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and take responsibility for student progress.

Preferred

  • Experience in promoting and upholding a Catholic ethos.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and innovation in teaching methods.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student support.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
  • Experience in extracurricular activities or leadership roles within a school setting.
