Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with complex learning needs or on the autistic spectrum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusion and student-centered learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Preferred
- Experience in special education or early career teachers with a passion for working with children with complex needs.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and inclusive education practices.
- Experience with curriculum development and personalized learning strategies.
- Knowledge of The Pursuit of Happiness framework or similar educational models.
