Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children with complex learning needs or on the autistic spectrum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion and student-centered learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.

Preferred

  • Experience in special education or early career teachers with a passion for working with children with complex needs.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and inclusive education practices.
  • Experience with curriculum development and personalized learning strategies.
  • Knowledge of The Pursuit of Happiness framework or similar educational models.
