Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
- Commitment to inclusive education and evidence-based teaching practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in classroom management and effective teaching strategies.
Preferred
- Experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Experience with professional development and coaching.
- Experience in curriculum design or leadership roles within a school setting.
- Familiarity with research-informed teaching approaches and disciplinary literacy.
