Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and evidence-based teaching practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in classroom management and effective teaching strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Experience with professional development and coaching.
  • Experience in curriculum design or leadership roles within a school setting.
  • Familiarity with research-informed teaching approaches and disciplinary literacy.
