Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure consistent achievement and growth

- Reflect on and improve teaching practice through continuous professional development
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with valid QTS
- Proven experience teaching in KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in a one-form entry school setting
- Background in curriculum development or innovation
- Experience with inclusion and special educational needs
- Passion for professional development and lifelong learning
