- Provide confident subject leadership and curriculum development

- Support the continued growth and success of the Classics department
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience for students
- Engage in professional development and share best practices
- Promote the values and mission of the school within and beyond the classroom
- Participate in co-curricular and pastoral activities that support student well-being and development
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Classics
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Classics
- Experience in delivering engaging and challenging lessons
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take on leadership responsibilities
Preferred
- Curriculum leadership experience
- Experience in developing and leading a department
- Aspiring leaders with a vision for growth in Classics
- Experience with co-curricular and pastoral activities
