The Opportunity:
As a Classics Teacher, you will inspire students from Year 7 through to Oxbridge entry with your enthusiasm for Latin and the Classical world. You will contribute to a dynamic and innovative department that values diversity and encourages independent learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a full range of Classics subjects, including Latin and Greek, to students of all abilities.
- Inspire and engage students through creative and stimulating teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent subject knowledge of Latin and the Classical world.
- Experience teaching Classics at all levels, from Year 7 to Oxbridge entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
- Commitment to fostering independent learning and academic excellence.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Greek.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
- Experience in pastoral care or co-curricular leadership.
- Familiarity with assessment and examination processes at both GCSE and A Level.
