Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that meet statutory requirements at Key Stages 1 and 2.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes achievement and a love of learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and improve pupil outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote leadership and character development.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student progress to parents and colleagues.
  • Support the school’s mission to inspire future leaders through inclusive and impactful teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Ability to teach in line with statutory requirements at Key Stages 1 and 2.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate students and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in innovative and creative teaching methods.
  • Experience working in disadvantaged communities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
