Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ICT, Computing, and Business lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Support the school’s vision to enhance digital learning through the use of modern and forward-thinking resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of a future Sixth Form, if applicable.
  • Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in ICT, Computing, and Business.
  • Commitment to inclusive and engaging teaching practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in delivering lessons to a range of abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching Key Stage 5.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and technologies.
  • Experience in pastoral care and student support.
  • Background in curriculum development or leadership within a school setting.
