Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching at Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement in a classroom setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in innovation and creativity within teaching and learning.
  • Demonstrated success in raising pupil outcomes and achievement.
  • Passion for working with young people in a disadvantaged community.
  • Experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
