Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement in a classroom setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in innovation and creativity within teaching and learning.
- Demonstrated success in raising pupil outcomes and achievement.
- Passion for working with young people in a disadvantaged community.
- Experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
