Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that drive student achievement and foster a love of learning.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the school’s leadership and academic goals.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support to ensure all learners succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Support the school’s leadership programme by encouraging student participation in charitable and social initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment for all students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and school activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and career growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of teaching to GCSE standard
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement
- Demonstrated experience in raising pupil outcomes and inspiring a love of learning
Preferred
- Experience of innovation and creativity in teaching and learning
- Experience working in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to leadership development and student character growth
