Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support student achievement and progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect
- Work closely with parents, governors, and the local community to support student success
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to share best practices and resources

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to working with parents, governors, and the local community
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
Preferred
- Experience working within a Multi-Academy Trust
- Experience with inclusive education and supporting students from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Experience in developing and leading extracurricular activities
- Experience with pastoral care and student welfare
