Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all school areas
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals correctly and safely
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately
• Support the school’s commitment to a clean and welcoming environment for students and staff
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Business Services team
• Adhere to the school’s values and policies, including those related to diversity and inclusion
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in a similar cleaning role
• A strong moral purpose and drive for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Preferred

• Experience working in an educational setting
• Flexibility to work across multiple school locations
• Experience with cleaning in high-traffic areas
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
