The Opportunity:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple sites. This is a pivotal role in supporting the school's mission to create a positive learning environment for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance and cleaning issues promptly.
• Provide training and support to the cleaning team to improve performance and morale.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with contractors and external service providers as needed.
• Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience working within a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with flexible working arrangements and hybrid models.
