The Opportunity:
As a Co-Curricular Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the school’s co-curricular and extra-curricular programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities that contribute to student engagement and development across the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Co-Curricular and Digital Strategy and Heads of Co-Curricular subjects in the management of departmental operations.
- Coordinate and manage the planning, promotion, and execution of co-curricular events throughout the academic year.
- Maintain accurate records and communication with students, parents, and staff regarding co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure alignment with school goals and values.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new co-curricular programs and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and documentation related to co-curricular activities.
- Ensure the timely and efficient distribution of resources and materials for all events.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of co-curricular programs to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using school management systems and office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in managing co-curricular or extra-curricular programs.
- Knowledge of school operations and educational philosophies.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with digital tools for communication and engagement.
