The Opportunity:

As a Co-Curricular Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the school’s co-curricular and extra-curricular programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities that contribute to student engagement and development across the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Co-Curricular and Digital Strategy and Heads of Co-Curricular subjects in the management of departmental operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the planning, promotion, and execution of co-curricular events throughout the academic year.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with students, parents, and staff regarding co-curricular activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure alignment with school goals and values.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new co-curricular programs and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and documentation related to co-curricular activities.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient distribution of resources and materials for all events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of co-curricular programs to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using school management systems and office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing co-curricular or extra-curricular programs.
  • Knowledge of school operations and educational philosophies.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for communication and engagement.
