Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a profitable year-round lettings business.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with a diverse range of clients, from community groups to commercial organisations.
• Implement creative marketing strategies to maximise revenue and visibility.
• Oversee pricing, planning, and delivery to ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all external clients receive a first-class experience that reflects the school's values.
• Collaborate with the Operations Bursar to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities to enhance the lettings company's impact.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in a commercial or business development role.
• Strong understanding of lettings management and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous.

Preferred

• Experience in managing a lettings business or similar commercial operation.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
• Experience in a charitable or non-profit organisation.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
