Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all students.
• Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students.

• Take the lead in delivering the specialist subject within the L4L curriculum.
• Inspire, motivate, and enthuse pupils through innovative and engaging teaching methods.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning across the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience teaching across key stages; applications from newly qualified teachers are welcome.
• Consistently good or outstanding teaching experience.
• Exceptional classroom practice with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
• Commitment to raising standards and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead initiatives and demonstrate evidence of impact.
