Key Responsibilities:

• Support students and maintain good behaviour during teacher absences.
• Deliver lessons using provided cover work and tailor to subject specialisms.
• Build positive relationships with both staff and students.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment during cover periods.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and senior leadership.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to cover work and student records.
• Attend training sessions to enhance teaching and supervisory skills.
• Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant qualification or experience in education or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
• Flexibility to work term-time only, three days per week.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a teaching or supervisory role within education.
• Familiarity with the IB curriculum or international education frameworks.
• Experience with lesson planning and delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
