Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise groups of young people effectively.
• Implement strong behaviour management strategies and build positive relationships with students.

• Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams.
• Maintain accurate records and report on student progress.
• Adapt to changing classroom environments and requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
• Experience working with students in a school setting.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Preferred

• Experience working with students of varying abilities.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
• Experience with inclusive teaching practices.
• Flexibility to work across different year groups and subjects.
