The Opportunity:

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, supporting the school’s growth and ensuring excellent customer service across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and staff with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Provide support to the sales and enrolment team to enhance student recruitment and satisfaction.
  • Manage all communication channels (phone, email, in-person) efficiently and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures by managing visitor access and documentation.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure all literature and forms are up to date and available.
  • Support parents in providing feedback and resolving issues to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor student attendance and communicate with parents regarding absences.
  • Collaborate with administrative, sales, and marketing teams to support school operations and events.
  • Uphold all Academy and School policies related to child protection, health and safety, and data protection.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational or school environment.
  • Familiarity with international curricula or educational systems.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of UAE education regulations and policies.
