The Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pupils, teachers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations within the school.
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality learning environment through effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist with the implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data using IT systems such as MS Office and databases.
  • Collaborate with the school’s leadership team to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with school and academy trust standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an administrative or reception role.
  • Experience working within an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in IT software such as MS Office and databases.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering customer service within a school setting.
  • Understanding of school processes and systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
