Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to pupils, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations within the school.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality learning environment through effective communication and coordination.
- Assist with the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data using IT systems such as MS Office and databases.
- Collaborate with the school’s leadership team to enhance service delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with school and academy trust standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Experience working within an educational environment.
- Proficiency in IT software such as MS Office and databases.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering customer service within a school setting.
- Understanding of school processes and systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
