Key Responsibilities:

Assist Heads of Departments and Senior Technicians in coordinating the use of practical resources and facilities
Provide support and advice to teaching staff and support staff on meeting curriculum needs
Liaise with staff across the school to ensure resources are available and maintained
Maintain and manage tools, machinery, and materials used in secondary school departments
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in all technical areas
Support the delivery of practical lessons and workshops
Assist in the planning and organization of school events and activities
Maintain accurate records of resource usage and equipment maintenance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Experience working in a workshop or technical support role
Knowledge of tools, machinery, and materials used in secondary school departments
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-focused approach
Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality
