Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development and implementation of the school’s IT strategy.
- Manage and oversee IT operations, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and up to date.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with the school’s educational goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and students across the school.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.
- Support the integration of digital tools and platforms to improve academic outcomes.
- Work closely with external vendors and service providers to maintain IT infrastructure.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in IT leadership within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in education.
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT teams and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in leading IT departments in a school or similar organization.
- Familiarity with EdTech tools and platforms.

- Experience with wellbeing and student support systems.
