The Opportunity:
As an Executive Assistant to the Senior Deputy Head, you will be a key member of the leadership team, providing essential administrative and strategic support. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-achieving school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the Senior Deputy Head’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations to support strategic priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Support the implementation of school initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and values.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Manage office logistics, including the organisation of events and the maintenance of administrative systems.
- Provide high-level support in the development and execution of policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and data analysis for leadership decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior executive support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
Preferred
- Experience in a Catholic or values-based educational institution.
- Knowledge of school operations and leadership structures.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Experience with event planning and management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £35,921 - £37,482 (FTE: £43,279 – £45,160).
