The Opportunity:

As an Executive Assistant to the Senior Deputy Head, you will be a key member of the leadership team, providing essential administrative and strategic support. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-achieving school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Senior Deputy Head’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations to support strategic priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Support the implementation of school initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and values.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Manage office logistics, including the organisation of events and the maintenance of administrative systems.
  • Provide high-level support in the development and execution of policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and data analysis for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a senior executive support role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Catholic or values-based educational institution.
  • Knowledge of school operations and leadership structures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with event planning and management.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £35,921 - £37,482 (FTE: £43,279 – £45,160).
