The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in Digital Media to a diverse range of students.
- Support the development of students’ skills in digital media production, including editing, filming, and photography.
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching outcomes.
- Engage students in extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in professional development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of departmental events and student support activities.
- Maintain and manage departmental facilities and equipment, ensuring they are used effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong knowledge of digital media production and related technologies.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality education and student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to support student pastoral needs and wellbeing.
Preferred
- Relevant teaching qualification or experience in digital media or related fields.
- Experience with A Level Media or Cambridge Technical qualifications.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and industry-standard software.
- Experience in developing and delivering extracurricular activities.
- Previous experience in a college or Sixth Form setting.
