The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Art lessons to students up to A Level, ensuring a stimulating and engaging learning experience.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters creativity, technical skill, and critical thinking.
- Provide individualised support and feedback to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader life of the school.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
- Stay up to date with developments in Art education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Support the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Art or a related field.
- Teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy levels and a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Art up to A Level.
- Familiarity with the UK education system and curriculum requirements.
- Experience with digital tools and resources for teaching Art.
- Experience in a boarding or day school environment.
