The Opportunity:

As the Director of Creatives, you will lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality, innovative learning experiences. This role is central to shaping the school’s creative curriculum and supporting student development beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of creative educators to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
  • Design and implement a curriculum that fosters creativity, innovation, and student engagement.
  • Support staff development and leadership opportunities across the school.
  • Promote a culture of aspiration and respect within the school community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate creative learning across the curriculum.
  • Ensure that all students have access to opportunities that develop their character and resilience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of creative learning initiatives on student progress.
  • Represent the school at external events and engage with the wider community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in teaching and leadership within an educational setting.
  • A record of outstanding classroom practice and a commitment to student progress.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and leading teams.
  • A dedication to fostering a culture of respect and innovation.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development and creative learning.
  • Background in student welfare and character development.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with leadership training and professional development.
