Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of drama and music lessons across all year groups.

  • Collaborate with senior staff to enhance the quality of performance and music programmes.
  • Participate in in-service training and professional development sessions.
  • Contribute to the supervision and support of students during rehearsals and performances.
  • Assist in the organisation of school events and co-curricular activities.
  • Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their performance and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in drama, music, or education.
  • A strong passion for teaching and working with young people.

Preferred
