Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality drama lessons that foster creativity and confidence in students.

- Support students in developing their performance and communication skills through practical and theoretical activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning and student engagement.
- Participate in staff development and training opportunities to maintain and improve teaching standards.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, including drama productions and performances.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in drama or performing arts.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
- Commitment to the school’s values, including inclusivity, Christian ethos, and student well-being.
Preferred
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Background in theatre or performance.
- Experience in mentoring or supporting early career teachers.
- Familiarity with using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
